This was our first time staying in an automated, efficiency-style apart-hotel and it was a good one! We weren't expecting daily cleaning service, so that was a very nice surprise! We loved having clean towels and fresh trash bags daily. It was wonderful having free washers and dryers in the basement... a godsend on a very long stay! I loved having a functioning towel warmer, too; most European towel warmers don't work as intended, sadly. All my communications with the Oliver Team were very prompt, kind, and professional. Check-in was easy and worked as advertised in prior outreach - again, a wonderful discovery when arriving late at night in an unfamiliar area. One day, housekeeping forgot 2 of our towels and didn't replace our kitchen paper towels/dishwasher detergent, but when I wrote in to customer service, they made it right the next day. We thought it was a little strange that housekeeping didn't make the beds - especially that they were just European-style duvets - but that was just an oddity, not an inconvenience. This try at a contactless residence program is working! I'd love to see more of these in the U.S.

Everything went pretty smoothly, the apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable although not really sure what the second midget pillow is about. The shower was powerful and always lots of hot water. There are manuals for appliances on the guest app but that's not going to help you much with the dishwasher as there's no English version so you will have to guess. The kitchen area has everything you need but is very compact with no prep area, there's not even room for the kettle so that is in a different area of the apartment. There's plenty of cupboard space and the microwave/grill cooks well. Just a couple of things to be aware of, they send you a link to check in on the morning of your stay which was fine but when you get there the machine can't find you, I then had to call to try and sort it out , it couldn't find us because they had allocated a room number and emailed it to me, tbh checking my emails is the last thing I'm going to be doing whilst travelling so that could be a bit clearer as when you check in they don't tell you that's what they're going to do. The second is the tv, there are a lot of channels but only one in English which is the China and global tv news which as you can imagine gets a bit boring after a while. There's a supermarket across the road which says it closes at 8 but they want you out at 7.30 and closes earlier at weekends so make sure you get everything that you want earlier in the day. There's also a couple of nice restaurants close by, Bauernbraeu which is Austrian and Al teatro l'idea which is Italian. The underground is really close by and only takes a few minutes to walk.

Location is very good, close to U4 metro line and 57A bus station to city centre. Less than one hour to airport using public transport. The apartment was very clean, very well mentained, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were confortable. Check-in and check-out online, instructions received via e-mail. Would stay here again for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at Oliver and got upgraded from the reserved category to superior. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and large, with separate bedroom, cozy living room, small kitchen (fully equipped kitchenette), and bathroom. The cleaning lady comes during the week, which is a good thing to keep the apartment clean. The self-check-in machine is also very easy to use and efficient. Oliver is located in a very strategic location, near supermarket, 2 metro stations, and Vienna’s top shopping district. I very much enjoyed my stay at Oliver and will definitely go back there again.

(+++) Mattresses were perfect. Location was excellent. Underground and Tram were 3min walking. Bus stop was just outside. Doors and windows were highly sound proof (windows also had shades). Equipment and kitchenware were sufficient. Wall sockets were endless!! Furnitures were almost new. The room was spotless. Check-in was smooth check-out was even easier. They also provided a locker for our luggages after check-out. Warm room and always hot water. (- - - ) As a condo hotel they don't clean the rooms they just change towels once you put them on the floor, they don't make the beds and they don't clean the floor or any surface. The blankets and the mattresses were single almost impossible to sleep together. I missed a pair of slippers an in-room safety box and a small coffee pot.
